This Withdrawal Policy explains how vendors on the SKYDO platform can request and receive their earnings. By registering as a vendor, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated below.
1. Eligibility for Withdrawal
- Withdrawals are available only to verified vendors with an active subscription and valid KYC (PAN, Aadhaar, and bank details) submitted.
- A minimum withdrawable balance threshold of ₹1,000 must be reached before initiating a withdrawal.
- Only cleared balances (after deduction of platform fees, taxes, and refund holds) are eligible for withdrawal.
2. Withdrawal Request Process
- Vendors can submit a withdrawal request directly through their vendor dashboard on https://skydo.in.
- Requests must include the desired amount, bank account details, and any supporting information if requested.
- SKYDO will verify the request and initiate processing within 3–7 business days.
3. Payment Method
- All withdrawals are made via bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT/UPI) to the account provided during vendor registration.
- The name on the bank account must match the vendor’s verified identity.
- Any payment gateway charges or transfer fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
4. Withdrawal Limits & Frequency
- Vendors may request withdrawal once every 3 days.
- For high-volume vendors, special arrangements can be requested and approved by SKYDO.
- Withdrawal limits may vary based on account activity, fraud risk, or verification level.
5. Holds & Restrictions
SKYDO may temporarily hold vendor payouts in the following situations:
- Refunds or disputes are pending with customers
- Unverified or mismatched bank account details
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Violation of platform policies
SKYDO will notify the vendor if any payout hold is applied, along with a reason.
6. Taxes & Deductions
- SKYDO may deduct any applicable platform service fee as per Indian tax laws.
- Vendors are solely responsible for maintaining proper tax records and complying with GST (if applicable).
- An annual income summary or withdrawal report can be requested by vendors for tax purposes.
